½ | cup of graham cracker crumbs
½ | cup of pecans
¼ | cup sugar
1 | tablespoon ground cinnamon
¼ | cup melted butter
16 | oz softened cream cheese
¼ | cup of all-purpose flour
1 | tablespoon vanilla
3 | eggs
Directions
- Preheat the oven and grease a pan.
- Add the graham crackers and pecans to this pan and crush them well to make a powder.
- Now add the sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter and mix them well.
- Press it towards the bottom to shape it like a plain cake and place it in the oven for baking.
- Wait for 15 minutes until it cooks well, remove it from the oven, and place it at room temperature for cooling.
- For making cheesecake filling, take cheese cream in a bowl.
- Blend this cream with the help of an electric blender.
- Add the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, sugar, eggs, and sour cream in this bowl and mix them well to make a perfect mixture for a cake.
- Take the bowl of a prepared cheesecake crust and pour all this mixture over it.
- Make the upper layer of the mixture smooth using a flat tool.
- Place this cake in the oven and bake it for almost 90 minutes at low heat.
