Ingredients
2 packets of | Softened cream cheese
Cooking | Spray
¾ cup | White sugar
1 tablespoon | Vanilla extract
2 cans of | Refrigerated crescent rolls
½ cup | Melted butter
1 tablespoon | Ground cinnamon
¼ cup | Honey
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and make the 9×13 inch baking pan ready with the cooking spray.
- Take a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat them well to make a perfect mixture.
- Now unroll the crescent roll dough and place them straight in a triangle-shaped tray.
- Spread the cheese cream mixture on this dough well and cover this mixture with the second dough.
- Mix sugar, butter, cinnamon, and all the remaining items gently in a separate bowl.
- Spread this mixture all over the dough thoroughly.
- Now place this pan into the oven and heat for 45 minutes until the dough turns to golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven, and place it in the freezer to cool.
- Pour honey on the prepared sopapilla cheesecake and cut it into cake-shaped pieces.
- Now serve and enjoy this cake with your loved ones.
