Double cream | 300 ml
Full-fat cream cheese | 400 g
Nutella spread | 200 g

Nutella (melted) | 150 g
Hazelnuts (crushed) | 50 g
Directions
- In a bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter and pour it into a 9-inch baking pan. Press down with your fingers to form a smooth crust, then refrigerate until set.
- Take a mixing bowl and pour cream cheese, Nutella, and double cream into it. Beat with an electric beater at low to medium speed until the mixture has an ice cream-like texture.
- Pour the cream mixture on the prepared crust and smooth the surface with a spatula.
