Ingredients
24 | ounces softened cream cheese
3 | large eggs and 1 egg yolk
1 | cup sour cream
1 | tablespoon lemon juice
1 | tablespoon vanilla liquid
2 | tablespoons vanilla extract
1 | tablespoon baking powder
⅓ | cup swerve confectioner’s sweetener
¼ | tablespoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees,as we always do before baking.
- Take a baking pan, polish it with aluminum foil, and place a piece of paper in the below place.
- Add soft cream, baking powder, eggs, and all the other above-mentioned ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix all the items thoroughly with either a spoon or an electric mixer.
- Now pour this mixture into the 9-inch baking pan and place in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Remove the cooked cheesecake from the oven and place it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 hours to chill.
- Now cut this cake into 12 equal triangular slices.
- You can add cream, sugar-free syrup, or any other desired topping.
