Hey, you weight watching, diet conscious, choosy friends! You don’t need to deprive yourself of cheesecake anymore. This low-carb and sugar-free cheesecake is perfect for you to enjoy your favorite dessert as well as keep up with your fitness goals.

Ingredients

  • 24 | ounces softened cream cheese

  • 3 | large eggs and 1 egg yolk

  • 1 | cup sour cream

  • 1 | tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 | tablespoon vanilla liquid

  • 2 | tablespoons vanilla extract

  • 1 | tablespoon baking powder

  • | cup swerve confectioner’s sweetener

  • ¼ | tablespoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees,as we always do before baking.
  • Take a baking pan, polish it with aluminum foil, and place a piece of paper in the below place.
  • Add soft cream, baking powder, eggs, and all the other above-mentioned ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix all the items thoroughly with either a spoon or an electric mixer.
  • Now pour this mixture into the 9-inch baking pan and place in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked cheesecake from the oven and place it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 hours to chill.
  • Now cut this cake into 12 equal triangular slices.
  • You can add cream, sugar-free syrup, or any other desired topping.
