2 packages of | Softened cream cheese
1 container | Ricotta cheese
4 | Eggs
½ cup | White sugar
½ cup | Melted butter
3 tablespoon | Flour
3 tablespoon | Cornstarch
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice
1 tablespoon | Vanilla extract
1 pint sour | Cream
Directions
- Take a 9-inch springform baking cake pan and prepare it by applying a small amount of butter or oil.
- Preheat the oven and set it to 175 degrees, so the cake can be baked in less time.
- Pour the cream cheese and ricotta cheese into a bowl and make a perfect mixture of both items.
- Now add eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, butter, vanilla, and remaining ingredients, and again mix gently.
