This is another delicious recipe of Italian cream cheese and Ricotta cheesecake. You can add the topping of your choice to give it a unique customized look.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of | Softened cream cheese

  • 1 container | Ricotta cheese

  • 4 | Eggs

  • ½ cup | White sugar

  • ½ cup | Melted butter

  • 3 tablespoon | Flour

  • 3 tablespoon | Cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon | Vanilla extract

  • 1 pint sour | Cream

Directions

  • Take a 9-inch springform baking cake pan and prepare it by applying a small amount of butter or oil.
  • Preheat the oven and set it to 175 degrees, so the cake can be baked in less time.
  • Pour the cream cheese and ricotta cheese into a bowl and make a perfect mixture of both items.
  • Now add eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, butter, vanilla, and remaining ingredients, and again mix gently.
  • Pour this mixture into a pan and place it in the oven for 2 hours.
  • When the baking time is over, remove the pan off the oven, and set it in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
