Ingredients

  • ¼ | cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 | tablespoon sugar

  • ¼ | tablespoon nutmeg

  • 4 | tablespoons melted butter

  • 4 | packages of soft cream cheese

  • 4 | eggs

  • 2 | tablespoons rice flour

  • 1 | cup sour cream

  • ¼ t | ablespoon vanilla

Directions

  • Take a springform cake pan and pre-heat it to prevent stickiness and grease it with oil or butter.
  • Now take another bowl, add gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and nutmeg in it, and stir them well.
  • Add butter to this mixture and again blend well, pour this mixture into the already prepared hot pan, and press this mixture to set a round and smooth shape.
  • Take another bowl, add softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sweet rice flour, sour cream, and vanilla, and blend all these items well with an electric blender.
  • Heat this readymade cake pan in the oven for 55 minutes.
  • Turn off the oven, remove the pan, leave it in the freezer for chilling.
  • You can serve it with strawberries, honey, and cherries topping to enhance taste and sweetness.
