Ingredients

  • 9 | inch pie crust

  • 16 | oz vegan cream cheese

  • | cup sugar

  • 2 | tablespoon cornstarch

  • 3 | tablespoon milk

  • 1 | tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 | tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Take a 9-inch cake springform pan and pour the vegan crust in it.
  • Press the crust to the bottom, making a perfect layer and turn the oven on for pre-heating.
  • Take a large bowl, pour cream cheese and sugar into it, and blend thoroughly with the help of an electric or manual mixer.
  • Add cornstarch, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla extract to the vegan cream cheese and again blend slowly.
  • Now pour the cream cheese mixture on the already prepared vegan crust and leave it in the oven for 45 minutes for baking.
  • After baking, leave the prepared cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Now cut the cake into 12 triangle pieces for serving.
