Directions
- Take a springform cake pan and pre-heat it to prevent stickiness and grease it with oil or butter.
- Now take another bowl, add gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and nutmeg in it, and stir them well.
- Add butter to this mixture and again blend well, pour this mixture into the already prepared hot pan, and press this mixture to set a round and smooth shape.
- Take another bowl, add softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sweet rice flour, sour cream, and vanilla, and blend all these items well with an electric blender.
- Heat this readymade cake pan in the oven for 55 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, remove the pan, leave it in the freezer for chilling.
- You can serve it with strawberries, honey, and cherries topping to enhance taste and sweetness.
