Ingredients

  • For Crust Preparation
  • Digestive biscuits (crushed) | 200 g

  • Unsalted butter (melted) | 80 g

  • For the Cheesecake Filling
  • Double cream | 300 ml

  • Full-fat cream cheese | 400 g

  • Nutella spread | 200 g

  • For the Topping
  • Nutella (melted) | 150 g

  • Hazelnuts (crushed) | 50 g

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter and pour it into a 9-inch baking pan. Press down with your fingers to form a smooth crust, then refrigerate until set.
  • Take a mixing bowl and pour cream cheese, Nutella, and double cream into it. Beat with an electric beater at low to medium speed until the mixture has an ice cream-like texture.
  • Pour the cream mixture on the prepared crust and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the assembled mixture for a few hours for setting before moving towards toppings.
  • Prepare the topping by warming the Nutella spread in the microwave for a few seconds. Make it soft, and avoid overheating.
  • Pour the melted Nutella over the chilled cheesecake filling and sprinkle crushed hazelnuts. Refrigerate for one more hour and serve with tea or coffee.
