The combination of cream, crushed pineapples, and graham cracker crumbs offers a heavenly experience and satisfies sweet tooth cravings. Here, we are sharing an authentic recipe with simple instructions to enjoy the perfect dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

  • 1 package of soft cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

  • 1 can crushed pineapple

  • 16 ounces of whipped topping

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl and pour graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter. Mix them thoroughly.
  • Separate 2 tablespoons of the mixture and pour the remaining into a 9-inch pan. Refrigerate the crust for some time to set.
  • Combine one package of cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar in a bowl, using an electronic mixer to make the mixture fluffy.
  • Add crushed pineapples to the bowl and mix with a spatula.
  • Add whipped topping and fold softly to have a uniform cheesecake filling.
  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Now add the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top and place it in the refrigerator again for setting. You may add other toppings like fresh berries, strawberries, or any syrup to enhance the flavor.
  • Now serve and enjoy the refreshing treat.

Bonus Tips

  • Add pineapple pieces to the cream when they are completely drained. Adding any syrup alongside will make the batter runny
