Blueberry Basque cheesecake is a rich, creamy dessert with a caramelized top and a luscious burst of blueberry flavor. Its rustic, imperfect appearance pairs perfectly with its bold and indulgent taste.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz or 3 | cups cream cheese

  • 11/4 cup | whipping cream

  • 1 cup | white sugar

  • ½ tablespoon | vanilla

  • 4 | eggs

  • ½ cup | of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup | of blueberries

Directions

  • Set your oven at a low temperature so it gets warm until the preparation of all ingredients.
  • Take a bowl, add cream cheese and sugar to it, heat it on a low flame, and mix them well.
  • Now add eggs, vanilla, and flour to the hot mixture and continue mixing.
  • Prepare your pan or bowl with oil or you can also use parchment paper.
  • Add the blueberries at the bottom of the pan, then pour all other prepared items, and the blueberries again on the top. Put it in the oven for 1 hour.
  • Turn off the oven after the mentioned time and take the cheesecake to the freezer for chilling and serve it cold.
