Ingredients
24 oz or 3 | cups cream cheese
11/4 cup | whipping cream
1 cup | white sugar
½ tablespoon | vanilla
4 | eggs
½ cup | of all-purpose flour
1 cup | of blueberries
Directions
- Set your oven at a low temperature so it gets warm until the preparation of all ingredients.
- Take a bowl, add cream cheese and sugar to it, heat it on a low flame, and mix them well.
- Now add eggs, vanilla, and flour to the hot mixture and continue mixing.
- Prepare your pan or bowl with oil or you can also use parchment paper.
- Add the blueberries at the bottom of the pan, then pour all other prepared items, and the blueberries again on the top. Put it in the oven for 1 hour.
- Turn off the oven after the mentioned time and take the cheesecake to the freezer for chilling and serve it cold.
