Ingredients
25 crushed | Nabisco gingersnaps
½ cup | chopped planters pecan
¼ cup | melted butter
4 packets of | soft Philadelphia cream cheese
¼ cup | sugar
4 | eggs
1 cup of | canned pumpkins
1 teaspoon | vanilla
1 teaspoon | ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon | ground nutmeg
Desired | ground cloves
Directions
- Preheat the oven at a low temperature and prepare a spring form pan with oil or butter.
- Take a bowl, add the gingersnap crumbs, pecans, and butter, and mix them well.
- Now take another bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs, and blend them well either with hand or with an electric blender.
- Add pumpkin and the remaining ingredients and mix them again.
- Now take a bowl that we’ve prepared before with oil, add a layer of pecans and butter mixture at the bottom; add cream cheese and the vanilla layer over it, and add the pumpkin layer at the top of the pan.
- Leave this pan in the oven for 55 minutes for baking.
- After this mentioned time, remove the pan from the oven and leave it in the freezer to chill.
- Now add a layer of cream or any other topping and serve cold.
