Ingredients
1 cup | Chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup | Melted butter
3 tablespoons | White sugar
1 package of | Frozen raspberries
½ cup | Water
2 tablespoon | Cornstarch
1 cup of | White chocolate chips
½ cup | Half-and-half cream
3 packages of | Softened cream cheese
3 large | Eggs
1 tablespoon | Vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, and assemble the cake pan.
- Make a crust by adding and mixing cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a 9-inch cake pan.
- Take another bowl, add raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch to it and make a good mixture of all these items.
- Now boil this mixture on a low flame for at least 5 minutes to make it a soft and candy-style mixture.
- Add the white chocolate chips and half-and-half cream in a packet and add this packet to the boiling water to make a melted mixture.
- Now add the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and the chocolate and raspberries blend in a bowl, and beat them well until they are thickened.
- Take the pan, add a small amount of raspberry blend on the premade crust, pour the cheesecake mix over it, and then pour all the remaining blend on it.
- Place this pan in the oven and bake it for a minimum of an hour, make the baked cheesecake cool, and cut it into 16 cake slice-shaped pieces.
- Spread raspberries and the raspberries blend on this cake and enjoy the unique sweet snack.
