This is a recipe you must try at least once, take my word. This mini cake recipe can be prepared quickly and offers a full creamy taste that makes it more demanding.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup | Graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons | Unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon | Granulated sugar

  • 8 ounces | Softened full-fat cream cheese

  • ¼ cup | Full-fat sour cream

  • ½ tablespoon | Vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice

  • 1 large | Egg

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and arrange a 48-count muffin pan with baking liners for shaping Mini Cheesecakes.
  • Spray the pan with non-stick spray and add mini cake wraps to it.
  • Make the crust by combining and mixing the graham crackers and melted butter well in a bowl.
  • Take another bowl, add cream cheese and sugar to it, and beat well using an electric mixer.
  • Pour eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and all the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese mixture, and again beat for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Now make the layers of both crust and cream cheese mixture in a muffin.
  • Set this muffin in the oven for a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • Chill the prepared Mini Cheesecakes in a freezer to cooll and wait for an hour.
  • Finally, the mini cakes are ready to serve.
