Directions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees for pre-heating.
- Take a medium-sized bowl, add cookies and melted butter in it, and mix them well to make a thick mixture.
- Now take a cake baking pan, polish the side with oil, and place a round-shaped parchment paper in the below.
- Add cookies to this pan and press them slowly towards the bottom to make a thick layer of cake crust.
- Now place this pan in the oven for only 2 to 5 minutes for adding more crisp in this crust.
- Take a bowl with water and boil the chocolate chips (by wrapping them in a leakproof packet) in it until they melt.
- Take another bowl, whip the sour cream with an electric mixer for at least 2 to 5 minutes until it is thick, and then add sugar to this mixture and whip again.
- Now add vanilla, eggs, salt, cornstarch, espresso powder, and cocoa powder and again mix them well for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- After this, add melted chocolate and hot milk and mix them thoroughly.
- Now take a pre-cooked crust pan, add the mixture slowly, and smooth its upper surface using a spoon or butter knife, pressing it gently.
- Bake the pan in the oven for at least 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Take off this pan from the oven, place in the freezer for more than an hour, cut into 12 pieces, serve, and enjoy healthy eating.
- You can also add a topping of cream, strawberries, and honey for more sweetness and an appetizing look.
